AUGUSTA- On Tuesday, January 17, 2017, Pastor Tom Dubois of Salem served as Pastor of the Day, delivering the opening prayer in the Maine State Senate.

Pastor Dubois serves as Pastor at Western Mountains Baptist Church in New Portland, where he has led the congregation since April of 2007. “It was an honor to meet Pastor Dubois today, and to have him open our day in prayer,” said Maine Sen. Rod Whittemore, District 3. While the congregation is located in District 3, Pastor Dubois is a constituent of Sen. Tom Saviello, District 17. “It was great to have the opportunity to meet with Pastor Dubois in Augusta. He is a longtime friend and a cherished member of the community,” said Sen. Saviello.
