AUGUSTA – On Tuesday, April 11, the Mount Desert Island High School One Act Team traveled to Augusta to receive recognition for winning the State One Act Championships for their performance of The Insanity of Mary Girard. During the visit, they met with their state senator, Brian Langley (R-Hancock), in the Senate Chamber.

“I was pleased to welcome this talented group of young actors to the State House to recognize their victory,” said Sen. Langley. “They should be extremely proud of this great achievement.”
