AUGUSTA – On Wednesday, May 17, students from the Woodstock Elementary School 4th grade class visited the State House on a field trip. During their visit they toured the Blaine House, State House, Maine State Museum and met with their state senator, Lisa Keim (R-Oxford).

“I am so glad the Woodstock Elementary School 4th graders were able to take me up on my invitation to come to the State House,” said Sen. Keim. “Last month I had the opportunity to visit these students in Woodstock to talk about the process of how a bill becomes a law. This month they had the opportunity to watch that process in action. I hope they gained a lot from this experience and enjoyed their visit as much as I did.”
