(December 21, 2020) – State Senator Lisa Keim has been reappointed to serve as the lead Senate Republican on the Legislature’s Joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary. She will also serve another term on the Legislature’s Government Oversight Committee.
She has served as Chair of the Working Group to Improve the Provision of Indigent Legal Services, the Right to Know Advisory Commission, and the Criminal Records Review Advisory Committee.
Outside of state government, Senator Keim serves as Co-Chair of the national Future of Work Task Force for the Council of State Governments (CSG), on the New England Board of Higher Education’s (NEBHE) Legislative Advisory Committee, and as State Director for Women in Government.
In November, Senator Keim was reelected to serve the people of Senate District 18 which includes the Androscoggin County municipalities of Livermore and Livermore Falls as well as the Oxford County municipalities and unorganized territories of Albany Township, Andover, Bethel, Buckfield, Byron, Canton, Dixfield, Gilead, Greenwood, Hanover, Hartford, Hebron, Lincoln Plantation, Lovell, Magalloway Plantation, Mexico, Milton Township, Newry, North Oxford Unorganized Township, Peru, Roxbury, Rumford, South Oxford Unorganized Territory, Stoneham, Stow, Sumner, Sweden, Upton, Waterford, West Paris and Woodstock.
