AUGUSTA – On Wednesday, May 3, students from Ms. Lindsey Carter and Ms. Darcy Pinkham’s 5^th grade classes at Buxton Center Elementary took a field trip to Augusta. During their visit they toured the State House, the Blaine House and the Maine State Museum. They also met with their local legislators, Senator Amy Volk (R-Cumberland) and Representative Jonathan Kinney (R-Limington).

“I was glad to have the opportunity to meet with these students from Buxton,” said Sen. Volk. “I hope they learned a lot during their time in Augusta.”
