WATERVILLE – On Friday, January 19th, Senator Scott Cyrway (R-Kennebec) presented two members of Delta Ambulance, Raymond Whitney and Alexandra Penney, with State of Maine flags and certificates, along with thank you letters, for their quick thinking actions in saving the life of Benton resident, and close friend of Senator Cyrway, Steve Fotter.

“While Raymond and Alexandra likely feel that they were just doing their jobs when they responded to this emergency call, to his family, friends and I, they are heros,” said Sen. Cyrway. “As paramedics, they make a difference in many people’s lives day after day, always ready to help in times of fear and panic. I know I join so many others in expressing my gratitude and admiration for their service.”
