FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AUGUSTA – Senator Lisa Keim (R-Oxford) posted a perfect voting record in the Maine Senate during the 128th Legislature.
The Senate had 657 roll call votes during the First and Second Regular Sessions of the 128th Legislature.
“During my first term in the Maine Senate, I held attendance and active engagement in the whole legislative process to be my essential duty,” Senator Keim said. “We had very important issues in front of us that affect all Mainers, including tax policy, education funding and combatting the state’s drug epidemic.
“The people of my district sent me to Augusta to be their voice on these matters and many others; I take that responsibility very seriously.”
Senator Keim, who represents Senate District 18 in the Maine Senate, is the chair of the Legislature’s Judiciary Committee and also serves on the State and Local Government Committee.
The voting totals for the Second Regular Session of the 128th Legislature were compiled by the Office of the Secretary of the Senate.
