Senator Russell Black Submits Bills for the New Legislature

(January 5, 2021) – The deadline for submitting new bills for the 130th State Legislature was December 18, 2020. Currently, only the titles of these bills are available. Below is a list of the bill titles submitted by Senator Russell Black.

An Act To Provide Seniors a Reduction in Property Taxes Equal to the Costs of Education

An Act To Allow Nonprofit Organizations To Solicit Raffle Purchasers by Mail

An Act To Provide That a Forestry Operation That Conforms to Accepted Practices May Not Be Declared a Nuisance

An Act To Require Legislative Approval for Certain Leases of Public Lands

An Act To Allow a State Employee To Use a Federal Military Health Insurance Program

Resolve, Directing State Agencies that Maintain Public lands for Recreation to Develop Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Policies for Each Parcel of Land and Make The Policy Readily Accessible to the General Public

Resolve that the definition of cider be changed to exclude shelf stable cider.
