Sen. Roger Katz, Pastor Robert Richards

AUGUSTA – On Friday, June 9, Pastor Robert Richards of Augusta served as Pastor of the Day, delivering the opening prayer in the Maine Senate. Pastor Richards serves the congregation at Fellowship Baptist Church in Augusta, where he became Senior Pastor in January of 2016.

A 1999 graduate of Calvary Bible Institute in New Philadelphia, Pastor Richards was promoted from Assistant Pastor to Senior Pastor in January of 2016.

“It was an absolute pleasure to meet Pastor Richards and to have him begin our day’s work in prayer,” said Senator Roger Katz (R-Kennebec).
