Sen. Russell Black, Hon. Richard Morton, Joyce Morton

AUGUSTA – Senator Russell Black (R-Franklin) presented the Honorable Richard Morton of Farmington with a legislative sentiment recognizing his retirement as Judge of Probate for Franklin County in the Maine Senate on Tuesday, March 23. Hon. Morton’s 35-year term of service was the longest in the 180-year history of the county.
