Senator Rick Bennett today welcomed Blue Triton to Maine as the new owners of Nestle Waters, which includes Poland Spring. In the letter, he also asked for more background on the new company.

On March 31, Nestlé Waters North America became Blue Triton Brands at the completion of its acquisition by two entities, One Rock Capital Partners, LLC and Metropoulos & Co.
